We bring craft brewed kombucha with a twist. We enjoy pairing our tea bases accordingly with a blend of wild flavours, believing that connection to local land generates and sustains good health.

Our playing fields are the seasons, following the constant but ever changing cycles of the earth and life’s systems. We wander, forage and taste our way around the sun, delivering you new flavours to help navigate the change of time.

At Holey we like to embody the spaces in between…

We hang holey rocks on to our labels, to embody the magical folklore of hag stones. As portal to the other side! Reminding ourselves of the protection health offers us, navigating the balance of feelings.

The gut is holey !

In this - space in between - from our mouth to our anus, is where we breakdown and digest our food into nutrients and water and absorb them as energy.

We are based in St Monans, on the Balcaskie Estate at the Bowhouse.
